For returns outside the EU, it is imperative that they be correctly declared as a return. If the return is not declared correctly, Flawcult reserves the right to charge any costs incurred (customs duties, sales taxes).

If you have to return an item because it is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return. In this case, please contact us by e-mail.

You can use our returns portal regardless of your chosen shipping method. The return label must be printed out and clearly visible on the package.

There is no right to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for items that have been worn or washed.

The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated tags.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.(Shipment costs will be decrease)
